Orders and shipping

When will my order ship?

Every Bambi Goes West piece is made to order and ships within 10 business days.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your location and your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return or exchange a piece within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The full policy is on the Shipping & Returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email us at hello@bambigoeswest.com with your order number and the size you’d like. We ship your replacement once your return arrives.

My order arrived damaged or with a defect. What do I do?

Email us at hello@bambigoeswest.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Sizing and fit

How do the tees fit?

Relaxed and boxy, with a mid length. Sizes run XS to 3XL.

How does the sweatsuit fit?

The hoodie is slightly oversized with a dropped shoulder. The pant is a loose straight leg with a drawstring waist. Sizes run S to 2XL.

Product and care

What are the tees made of?

The tees are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, 6 oz.

How do I care for my pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Use a mild detergent and no bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
